We accept payment online, by cash or by using a cheque with a valid guarantee card.
When making payment by cheque, payment MUST be received within one week of making reservation or your booking will be cancelled. All major credit cards accepted online.
N.B. We operate a "24 hour CANCELLATION policy"
[ie. Cancellation must be made before 16:00, at least 1 day before you are due to arrive].
If the reservation is cancelled before 24 hours, there will be a 90% refund (10%
or up to £10 administration costs).
If you do not turn up on the day of the booking (no show), you will be liable for full payment.
Please note that only upon payment, your room booking is guaranteed.
Transfers are subject to availability on the day and maybe cancelled at our discretion.
Stansted Lodge does not take responsibility for guests missing flights (even if using our complimentary transfer service). If in doubt guests should organise a taxi.
When using our parking facilities, cars are left at the vehicle owner’s risk.
Stansted Lodge will require vehicle keys to be left with us.
We operate a NO SMOKING policy on the premises. However there are facilities at the back of the building for smoking. Please note, if evidence
is found of smoking in rooms a £20 fee will be charged to your credit card for professional
cleaning.
Guests who do not return keys will be subject to a £10 fee to their credit card.
Unattended baggage left with us needs to be properly checked upon return.
Stansted Lodge accepts no liability regarding guest luggage and any arrangement is always the responsibility of the guest.
Room prices are subject to season and availability and can change at management discretion.
